I’ll help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and make sure we create photos you and your family actually want to keep.

Senior Photos FAQs
Where do you photograph senior portraits?
I photograph seniors on Sea Island, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and throughout the Golden Isles, as well as Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, and Yulee. We’ll choose a location that feels like you, whether that’s the beach, a favorite place, or somewhere meaningful to your family.
What should I wear?
Choose clothes you feel good in and can move comfortably in. A mix of classic pieces and something that shows your personality works beautifully. I’ll help you plan your outfits before the session, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
How do we book?
Send me an inquiry and tell me a little about your senior. We’ll go over your ideas and the available dates. Your session is booked once the session fee and signed agreement are complete, then we’ll start planning together.
When will we see the photos?
About two to three weeks after your session, we’ll meet on Zoom for your Reveal. You’ll see your portraits for the first time in a slideshow, choose your favorites, and order the artwork, albums, and digital images you love. I’ll guide you through the choices and take care of the final retouching and ordering afterward.
How do you edit senior portraits?
I edit for natural color and flattering light, then retouch your selected images with care. I’ll remove temporary blemishes and distractions while keeping you looking like yourself.
Can we include more than one location or outfit?
Yes. We’ll talk through your ideas during your Design Consultation and plan the outfits and locations around the senior experience you choose. Bring a cap and gown, a college sweatshirt, or something that shows what you love, too.
What might I expect to invest?
Most senior families invest $1,500 to $3,500 in their portraits. Some choose a smaller collection; others want an album, framed portraits, and images to share. We’ll talk through the options before your session, then you’ll decide what you love after seeing your slideshow at the Reveal.
Can I bring a parent or friend?
Absolutely. A parent or friend is welcome to come along, help with outfits, and cheer you on. If you’d like a photo together, let me know while we’re planning.
Do I need printed senior portraits, or are digital files enough?
You’ll probably want photos to share online, and I get that. But your mom may want to see your face framed in her home after you’ve moved out. Years from now, you might want an album you can pull off the shelf and show someone who didn’t know you at this age. We’ll look at your photos together at your Reveal and choose what you’d love to keep, both in print and as digital files.
