entrepreneurial opportunity for Kids
Business-minded children had the opportunity to showcase their talents and skills at the annual Golden Isles Children's Business Fair this past October 15, 2023 at the Mary Ross Park in historic Brunswick. I was more than happy to capture the moment as the official photographer for the event, which was created by the Llano Family, Alberto and Lina, with their two daughters. This event was sponsored by Marshland Credit Union and had great community support and turnout!
Morning of the event families and friends gathered to help their young entrepreneurs set-up their tables and products. The event officially began with a top notch performance from Christina's Dance World, which got the crowd on their feet and dancing with them! Services and products ranged from jewelry, flowers, donuts, books, lemonade, shells, and clay figures with creative backstories and so much more! It was a blast to stop at each booth and hear from each child plus, grab a few action shots for the event. Judges visited each booth to speak with the participants and at the end of the event the judges collected scores and gave prizes to winners of each category. Great job to all the winners and the participants, your creativity shined so brightly!
